How to install the Unjani Clinic – WeCare Patient App

Step 1

On your android phone, search for and open the Play Store App.

Step 2

Search for “Unjani Clinic – WeCare Patient App”.

Step 3

Click ‘install’ to download and install the app on your phone.

How to log into your Personal Profile

Now that you’ve created your personal profile, it’s time to log in.

Step 1

Open the app, then fill in your mobile number to create a profile and click the red ‘Create a profile’ button.

Step 2

We will send a one-time pin code (OTP) to the mobile number provided in order to verify your number.

Type the pin into the One-Time Pin field and click the red ‘Submit’ button.

Step 3

Choose a 4 digit pin, which you will use to log into your personal profile. When you’re ready, click the ‘Save passcode & log in’ button – we’ll verify your details and take you to the login page.

How to create a profile on the Unjani Clinic – WeCare Patient App

Once the app is installed, you will need to create a personal profile.

Step 1

As soon as you open the app, you will see this loading page.

Wait for the app to load (this may take a minute or 2).

Step 2

Next, you will see some helpful screens that will tell you what you can do on the Unjani Clinic – WeCare Patient App. You can either read through these to find out how the app can help you stay on top of your health, or click ‘Skip’ to go straight to the login page.

Step 3

Fill in your mobile number and 4 digit pin, and click ‘Log in’. Once logged in, you will need to fill in your mobile number and ID / passport number to verify your profile. After this is complete, you’re ready to use the app!
